A proud people but a people on the brink of desolation, with dwindling food supplies and lack of good clean drinking water they've had to venture out further and further into the tempest in hopes of the next big catch. But, all they found was more disappointment. It was at that moment, at their lowest that they finally made the deal they'd been avoiding all this time. They borrowed crowns from the Barak-Nar, the Duardin from the skies. With it they began to prosper once more. Fishing became more fruitful and the skies opened up and produced a constant supply of water. The Kharadron Overlords also brought weapons and armour with them as ways of sweetening the deal. Time had past and Milos Ranek's people had a renewed and stable life. But, soon the Overlords would return and soon they'd start asking for their repayments. The only hope they had left was to set sell for the newest port and hope to find someway of either earning or simply getting the crown they needed to keep their families safe.
